Nicholas Tan, the founder of NW Group, is a graduate of Multimedia University with a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours). He holds the esteemed titles of Chartered Accountant in Malaysia and Professional Business Accountant in Singapore (ISCA). Additionally, he is a proud member of the Asean Chartered Professional Accountant and a Qualified Individual under ACRA.

 

With over 10 years of experience in audit, accounting, and tax, Nicholas embarked on his journey by initiating corporate secretary, tax, and accounting practices in established medium-sized companies in Singapore and Malaysia since 2020. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to various audit, tax, accounting, and internal control issues encountered by SME industries.

 

Currently, Nicholas is a licensed company secretary under Section 235 of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia. He is also engaged in public practice under Rule 9 of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (Membership and Council) Rules, 2001, and holds a license as an employment agency issued by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
